I have saw what the REAL police car they made the BluesMobile from looked like when still in service,You've got it close but it has red covers on the 2nd set of headlights and also up til 1986 we had the stupidest law, NO police vehicles could have a blue light except Chicago police, This was the ONLY exception..I don't know how strictly this was enforced but most police went by the laws..Some did dare to break it though 
. In 1986 the law was finally amended to allow all to have either blue or red/blue combo..The first to "leagally" use this was Illinois State Police..by 1987-1990 many other dept.s slowly phased in red/blue.
